| "Prohibited Conduct" | Any activity described in Section 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform. |
| "PKR" | Pakistani Rupee — the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and displayed figures are denominated on y3339. |

Registration and use of y3339 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the criteria below at all times while maintaining an Account:
y3339 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your access to the Platform is compliant with all applicable local laws before registering.
To access the full features of y3339, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you will be required to provide certain personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a chosen password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. y3339 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify y3339 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).
y3339 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any other time at y3339's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or suspension.
All Account balances and transactions on y3339 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The currency selected at registration cannot subsequently be changed.
By accessing and using the y3339 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in strict accordance with these Terms. The Platform and all intellectual property contained within it — including but not limited to software, design elements, trademarks, logos, written content and data — remain the exclusive property of y3339 and its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the y3339 Platform without express prior written consent from y3339. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
y3339 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. y3339 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
All financial transactions on y3339 are conducted in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account at the time of the transaction.
Deposits are credited to your Account once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. y3339 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. y3339 reserves the right to return deposits if this requirement is not met.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. y3339 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds.
All balances are held in PKR. If a payment processor applies any currency conversion, the resulting exchange rate and any applicable fees are determined by that processor and are outside y3339's control. y3339 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
y3339 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this section.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, time limits and any other restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players are strongly advised to read all bonus terms before accepting any offer.
y3339 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus, free bet or associated winnings where we reasonably suspect that a Player or group of Players has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting across promotional offers, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine entertainment play.
y3339 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing obligations to Players who have already accepted and partially fulfilled a bonus will be honoured at y3339's reasonable discretion.
All bets placed on y3339 are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the point of bet placement, as well as the general rules set out in this section. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.
A bet is only accepted and valid once you receive a confirmation from the Platform. y3339 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including in cases where: (a) the bet is placed after an event has commenced where live betting is not offered; (b) the offered odds were published in error; (c) the Platform identifies suspicious betting patterns; or (d) technical errors affect the bet placement process.
Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result cannot be determined within a timeframe specified in the applicable market rules. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account as cash at the original stake value.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments, ODIs, Test matches, and Pakistan national team fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket market rules displayed within the sportsbook. Weather delays, DLS method application, and match interruptions are addressed within those market-specific rules. y3339 does not claim any affiliation with or endorsement by the PSL, ICC, PCB, or any sporting body.
In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, duplicate markets, or system malfunctions), y3339 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. y3339's decision on what constitutes a manifest error is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y3339. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y3339, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content therein.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, y3339's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting y3339 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to KYC completion and standard withdrawal procedures.
y3339 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) provision of false or misleading information; or (e) any other conduct that y3339 reasonably deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 13 and 14 — will remain in full force and effect.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the y3339 Platform, you should first raise the matter with our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days where possible.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, y3339 will endeavour to refer the dispute to any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism available under the operator's license jurisdiction. Details of any applicable ADR body will be communicated to you at the relevant stage of the complaints process.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y3339 holds its operating license. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the operator's license documentation and will be communicated to Players on request.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. However, y3339 makes no representation that the Platform or its content complies with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which you may be located. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at your own risk and your own legal responsibility.
y3339 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, y3339 will notify registered Players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
